Administration assistant and Information Committee- ORGANIZED PAPER and COMPUTER PUSHERS - Weekly daytime hours Organize vital Parent paperwork; work with Director on policy updates, weekly notes to parents. List WOL events community calendars, print and pass brochures, write WOL news clips, organize general public relations such as summer camp listings, kid fair, WISE fair, etc. 2 Members: Erinn Allred, Jamie DeVaney Publicity/Event Committee- ORGANIZED, COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS Brainstorm, Lead and Facilitate Fundraiser, provide all WOL event information to Info Committee for publications. Utilize other schools like ours to seek information, systems and inspiration for our own events! Assist in Service Learning events, organize end of year campout. 5 Members: Molly Fogelsong, Oso Giofranni, Elizabeth Knight, Jamie Devaney, Greg Keeler Student/ Family Connection Committee- KID AND CREATIVE TYPE - Daytime hours Plan and meetings at family potlucks, work with staff to organize EOTO events, obtain knowledge of kid friendly community events we can participate in (relate to Info. Committee). Share student/family information such as elective interests, theme needs and wants, curricular enhancement via parent and community additions and specialists. Work in classroom quarterly. 3 Members= Jenni Hinson, Brett Cleveland, Elizabeth Knight, Jennifer Beauliau Building and Grounds maintenance committee- HANDY WITH TOOLS - Weekend and seasonal maintenance needs.
