	OUR EDUCATIONAL PROMISE                                         Wheels of Life students are given a foundation of learning in literacy, math, science, art, geography, and cultural studies. This knowledge is enhanced and realized through, experiential learning, artistic expression, peer teaching, and independent study. Learning progress is recorded in student portfolios and explored through teacher, parent, peer, and self-evaluations. Beyond academics, we create a nurturing environment where each child's confidence, imagination, and autonomy are supported and learned through self-discovery and the art of play. We appreciate and encourage diversity on all levels: from race and religion, to family unit and physical challenges.  We are a humanitarian school with an emphasis on partnering with the earth.
